What we collect

• Driver accounts: your name, email and a securely hashed password.
• Driver applications: contact details, address, license, vehicle, insurance and registration details, availability, work experience, your resume, and the documents and vehicle photos you upload.

How we use it

• To respond to quote requests and provide delivery services.
• To review driver applications, verify documents, and contact applicants about next steps.
• To meet the requirements of the carriers and clients we deliver for.

We do not sell your personal information.

Background and driving record checks

We do not run a background or motor vehicle record check from this website. If you move forward in the hiring process, we will give you a separate written disclosure and ask for your authorization before any check is requested.

How we protect it

Information is sent over an encrypted connection and stored with Cloudflare. Uploaded documents are kept in private storage that only authorized Gemini Couriers staff can access after signing in.

How long we keep it

We keep application records for as long as needed to evaluate your application and meet legal and contractual requirements, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your account and application at any time.
