About the role

Gemini Couriers is a delivery service partner for carriers such as GOFO, along with pharmacies and local businesses across San Antonio. As a driver, you're the last step in every delivery: you pick up at the station or store, follow a planned route, and get each package to the right door safely and on time.

What you'll do

  • Load your assigned packages and scan each one before leaving the station
  • Follow your route in the delivery app and complete stops within their time windows
  • Take a photo, scan or signature at each stop as proof of delivery
  • Handle pharmacy and medical items with care and verify the recipient when required
  • Report any delivery problem to dispatch the same day
  • Represent Gemini Couriers professionally with every customer

Requirements

  • 21 years or older with a valid Texas driver's license
  • Clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable vehicle with current Texas registration
  • Active full-coverage auto insurance with your vehicle listed on the policy
  • Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a data plan
  • Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs and handle repeated stops
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Schedule

You choose the days and hours you're available when you apply. Routes run seven days a week, with more volume during holidays and peak season. More availability means more routes and higher weekly pay.

Questions from drivers

How is weekly pay decided?

Pay ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 per week and depends on how many days and hours you're available to run routes. Drivers with more availability get more routes.

How does early pay access work?

Once you're driving, you can access up to 50% of the pay you've already earned before your regular check posts. It's there to help while you're getting started.

What kind of vehicle do I need?

A reliable car, SUV, minivan, pickup or cargo van with current Texas registration and active full-coverage insurance in your name or with you listed as a driver. Larger vehicles can carry bigger routes.

Why do you need photos of my vehicle?

We confirm that the vehicle matches your insurance and registration and that it's in safe, presentable condition for deliveries.

How long does the hiring process take?

Once your documents are complete, we review them and send your background and MVR check link. Most of the timing depends on how quickly that check comes back.

Can I save my application and finish later?

Yes. Your answers are saved on this device as you go. Uploaded files need to be added again if you come back later, so it's easiest to have them ready before you start.
